This vacation property is a stunning, contemporary and very private beachfront estate consisting of a four-bedroom main house and a one-bedroom guest house located on over 1-acre of land on Anini Beach. This is the perfect getaway for large families as well as multiple groups of couples

The home has AC throughout. Anini Beach Estate is for those who want the very best and seek a location that will provide tranquility in the heart of Kauai's beautiful north shore.

Anini Beach is just a short drive to Princeville, Kilauea, and 10 minutes from Hanalei. The Main House is comprised of 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with an additional 1285 sq. ft. of Lanai to enjoy outdoor living. The perfectly appointed bedrooms suites are all designed for privacy and functionality.

The Guest house has 1 Bedroom, 1 bath + a Kitchenette. It has 662 sq. ft. of living area with an additional 332 sq. ft. of Lanai.

Prices start at $3800 per night off peak. Inquire for peak season rates, swing dates and holidays. Swing dates include Spring Break weeks and Thanksgiving. Holiday weeks include Christmas and New Years. Peak summer season is from July 1-August 8.
