Nestled on a lush 12-acre estate, this enchanting home offers a tranquil setting with panoramic ocean, mountain and river views. The main residence, detached guest bungalow, spa and a bonus bathhouse form a compound connected by stone paths that meander through tropical gardens. The dramatic great room opens to the garden with custom Teak sliding doors that frame the view. Colorful stone and tile work reflect the beauty of Sea Song’s surroundings, while a private walking path leads down to a secluded beach where Kahili Bay meets the Kilauea River.

Rates for this property are based on guest count. For smaller groups, you would be renting just the main house or main plus 1 cottage. Larger groups will rent the entire space. If you don't rent one or both guest houses, they will be empty and locked.
